The only location is the only thing about this hotel.

The wifi too many unnecessary passwords to connect and once you, it won¿t work. The sofa in the room was broken. We booked a queen size bed, my 190cm husband and I had squeeze in a small double bed. If you¿re someone that depend on wifi don¿t come here!

Located in the center of the city with lots of shops/restaurants nearby. It was a great location for an overnight stop.

Parking is at the rear of the hotel and was a little crowded and not immediately obvious.

The property was clean with a reasonable breakfast selection.

As I ALWAYS travel with my wife and book for a couple reserving a double room I was disappointed to be told that the reservation was for a solo traveller only. After much huffing and puffing the guy on reception eventually handed me a key card. We stayed 2 nights and on checking out had another similar argument with another guy on reception requiring additional payment. For the price paid we could have stayed in a more luxurious hotel in the city. Do not recommend as price was not as booked on the Booking.Com website

The breakfast was rich and very good for vegetarian.

The staff was not able to speak practicaly any English. The staff several times entered my room without knocking and obvious reason. The hotel was under construction during my stay so rather noisy. The wify was hardly functioning most of the time.

Great bathroom, great breakfast.

The Wifi was problematic for someone who doesn’t speak Turkish. I had to get staff to log in for me three times in less than 24 hours.

The kindness of the staff is the best thing about the accommodation.The room is comfortable, quite big. I liked that one of the beds was a double.The wifi worked well. I was able to work on a laptop and handle emails.

It's a bit dark. The lobby could do with a little renovation to make it more elegant.The breakfast could be a little more varied. I really missed morning coffee all over Turkey.

The staff did not speak English or any language other than Turkish. My room smelled of cigarettes and I hardly slept during the night. The smell of cigarettes was a big problem in Turkey.

The hotel is situated close to the town's main points of interest. The included breakfast is not particularly sophisticated, but is more than enough to get the necessary energy in the morning. The staff were very polite and always helpful.

Hotel was in the center, it was easy to walk to any of the center places. The room we got was bigger and nicer than what we expected and probably paid for. Breakfast was not that diverse but it was enough for that morning.

The hotel is gloomy inside. Very dark. Staff make no effort to understand what you are asking. I emailed the hotel to book another room as we had an unexpected traveller with us. They didnt reply. When we got there we booked another room for her. When we got to our room it was a fam suite, she could have stayed in the extra room! Instead they gave her another

Very comfortable room with extra couches, elegantly decorated. Comfortable, huge bed. Minibar included in the price. Breakfast with a wide selection of dishes. Excellent location in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants and shopping.

The staff, while pleasant and friendly, did not speak English. I could not connect to the hotel wifi as it required a Turkish phone number to log in.
